Oh goody, I get to write about me. Hmm, what to say, what to say. I really hate this part, but deep breath and flow of conciousness will get me through this just like they did in English Comp oh so many years ago.
I'm forty (mumble mumble) years old, been married for half my life to the same man, am currently owned by two cats, Shredder and Scrapper - yes their names have evolved to suit their habits since Shredder has yet to meet a cardboard box he hasn't tried to take apart molecule by molecule and Scrapper doesn't care how big it is, she'll take it on and do her level best to catzilla it into submission.
I'm the oldest of six kids, currently have 9 nieces and nephews on one side of the family and 3 nephews on the other side with almost 4 greats. Sheesh, that's a lot of family for one childless on purpose couple.
My favorite toys have all had to do with art. My allowance was usually spent on crayons because the blue and green and purple wore out so fast. Funny, I always had lots of orange and yellow left over.
I started sewing when I was 4, graduated to machine sewing when I was 8 and got my first sewing machine when I was 12. I took every art class my high school offered then made arrangements with the teacher to do Independant Studies. I've worked in all kinds of media, prefer pencil or pen and ink, and have continued my education on my own without the benefit of formal instuction.
As you'll see for yourself, my talent runs to the odd and unusual, not to mention the just plain out there. I hope you like what you see, and if you want a special order, just email me at ... beth@silverwearable.com
